The app provides information about the light art project COLLUMINA. Registration or login is not required for using the app.

a) Use of the app without location sharing

The app can generally be used without providing any personal data. No names, email addresses, or other personal information are stored or processed.

b) Location data

If you allow the app to access your location, your current position will be determined to display exhibitions on a map and to enable you to calculate a route to this location via Google Maps.

These location data are processed only temporarily on your device.
No storage or transfer of this data takes place on our part.
You can revoke location sharing at any time in your device settings.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

4. Use of Google Maps

The app uses Google Maps to display maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

By integrating Google Maps, information about your use of the map functions (including your IP address and, if applicable, location data) may be transmitted to Google servers and stored there. This data processing is the responsibility of Google.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a clear display of exhibition locations and easy orientation for users.

5. No storage or disclosure of personal data
